At its simplest

We've tried to find the simplest solution for every situation. For those who are comfortable with a smartphone, an app to save time, for those who like it less, manual entry is quick and easy and they can simply take a photo so they don't have to retype everything the next time.

Why ?

The aim of all this is to simplify management work. Managing lists and attendance, dealing with badly written sheets, digitizing and sending the necessary information to the firearms office, all this takes time.

What you need to know

Firstly, this system does not distribute any more information than the paper-based system. Each customer's information exists only on his or her phone, and is not sent to a server. Secondly, lists are generated for the office and only regulatory information is sent to the firearms office. The aim is not to increase control, but to simplify access and management.

First screen: the session

The first screen allows you to log in and out. Choose your name from the list. The date is set automatically and you can adjust the time. You can also enter the amount of change given by the office.

Second screen: the register

There are two versions of the register, the first resembling the paper form, the second a simplified version more suited to a tablet. The session is indicated and there is a line for each shooter, with useful information such as arrival time and table, and several sorting functions for easier management of the shooting line. Two buttons to add a shooter either by scanning his code or manually.
