Session management
A session is either a full day or half a day. The register is organized, as it was on the paper sheets, into sessions for a period of one day and a responsible official.
Good to know
Firstly, this system does not distribute any more information than the paper-based system. Each customer's information exists only on his or her phone, and is not sent to a server. Secondly, lists are generated for the office and only regulatory information is sent to the firearms office. The aim is not to increase control, but to simplify access and management.
The date
The date is set automatically, and it is impossible to open a session for another day. It is also impossible to start recording if the session is not open.
Range officer
Choose an official from the list.
Time in & out
Arrows increment and decrement hour and minute counters. A single click to add or remove a unit. Double-click to advance minutes by 5 minutes.
Change
This field is used to indicate the initial currency amount.
Total
This indicates the total amount received, including change.
