Updates are automatic
Data is stored on your phone and only on your phone. There is no link to an external database, cloud system or other external server. However, your phone's backup may eventually host this data, usually encrypted, on the server of your backup system (for example, iCloud in the case of iPhones).
New functions will soon be available, some of which will make this application much more than just a quick registration system.
There is a screen for entering a license number. This license is only used to extend the application with advanced functions used by officials and the office. There is no need for a license for all the usual functions, which will always remain free. We are working on other applications that may be of interest to you.
