What you need to know
There are two different ways to register a member, either by scanning the QR code or by entering the data manually. This page describes each step in the quickest way using the QR code on your phone.
QR code
Go to the page with the QR code on your phone. You can choose the guns you brought and guests you invited.
Scanner
Go to the page with the QR code on your phone. The official clicks on the “Scan” button, the iPad camera shows what's in front. Simply position the QR code in the window.
Edit screen
Once the code has been deciphered, the information is presented in the edit screen. All information is displayed: member number, name, weapons and guests. All information can be added or modified.
Signature
When you press the save button, you move on to signing.
Return to list
The line corresponding to the member appears in the list. It displays name, member number, name, arms, arrival time and signature. It also features 5 buttons
Simplified list
This version of the register is optimized for fast shooting line management. It displays more lines simultaneously, and provides all the necessary information. It offers the same functions as the paper-type list, but also offers rapid sorting and simplification. The arrows at the top of the columns can be used to sort the display. A popup menu also provides access to these functions.
Confirmation code
When the official indicates your leaving time, you can scan the confirmation code. This code is based on blockchain technology and indicates your presence in an unfalsifiable way in a chain of presence of all the shooters.
History of visits
This list shows the member visits with the guns use and eventually the name of your guests. The QR code icon on the side is used to show the configuration code.
Confirmation code
Attendance information is recorded on the club's iPad. No information is sent to a server, everything remains local. Only regulatory information is sent to the firearms office. An important function of the application is therefore to provide members with a forgery-proof receipt attesting to their presence at the club, which is all the more important in view of law 9.
